Notropia Wellness

At Notropia Wellness, your well-being matters to us. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Returns Overview

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of wellness, health, and personal care products, some items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as supplements, food products, or consumables)

  • Opened or used health and personal care items

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Sale or discounted items


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Items returned with visible signs of use

  • Products that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (not due to our error)

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm:

  • Receipt of your returned item

  • Approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or card statement

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting delays can occur)

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need an exchange for the same item:

  1. Email us at {alice@notropiawellness.com} with your order number and photos of the issue

  2. If approved, send the item to:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
