A remarkable essential oil that accompanies and protects at the same time. It is far from the straightforward power of a cinnamon or savory. Its fruity-spicy aromatic identity reveals its exceptional dexterity. Precautions for use Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 drop 3 times a day, maximum 120 mg). Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age, for people on anticoagulants, in case of coagulation disorders, in case of liver disorders. Seek advice from a health professional. No prolonged use without specialist advice (maximum 14 days). Potentially dermocaustic. To be diluted for cutaneous use (maximum 20% and on a small area). Not recommended for air diffusion, otherwise dilute 1 to 5% maximum in a mixture with other milder essential oils. Risk of allergy: take care not to overdose in mixtures.
