An aromatic plant already cultivated in China and Egypt in 2000 B.C. A tall, branched herb with blistered, cross-shaped leaves and purple flowers. It is used in cooking to make “mint tea” or to accompany certain Asian dishes. Harvested at the time of flowering, it gives an essential oil with a delicious, green, fresh and stimulating chlorophyll smell.

- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Contraindicated in pregnant and breast-feeding women, in children under 6 years of age, in epileptic patients or those with a history of convulsions, and in the elderly.
- Localized use with punctual applications and without any excess.
- Do not use undiluted, be sure to dilute sufficiently for dermal use.
- To be avoided in air diffusion, otherwise dilute to a maximum of 10% in a mixture with other milder essential oils.
- Do not use for prolonged periods without the advice of a practitioner.
- Risk of allergy (limonene): take care not to overdose in mixtures. An elbow test is recommended prior to any skin application (min 48 hours before use).
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
